Billing & Payments

How billing works at fastFOREX API

Our billing is handled by Paddle, a Merchant of Record trusted by thousands of software companies. Here's exactly what that means for you: what appears on your statement, how tax and invoices work, and who to talk to when you need something.

fastforex.io is a service by Wham Software Limited. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your subscription.

Seen this on your statement?

That's your fastFOREX API subscription. Paddle is our billing partner, so charges appear under their name — it is not a duplicate or unknown charge.

YOUR CARD / BANK STATEMENT

Card payment — recurring

$18.00

The amount shown matches your plan (plus local tax where it applies). Still unsure? Ask us — never file a chargeback first; we resolve billing issues same-day wherever we can.

Billing you can trust.

We chose a Merchant of Record model deliberately — it gives every customer bank-grade payment security and clean, compliant tax handling, whichever of 160+ countries you're in.

  • A Merchant of Record, explained

Paddle is the legal seller of your subscription: they collect payment, issue your invoices, and remit taxes to your local authority. Companies like Notion, Webflow and Loom use the same model — if you've bought software online, you've likely used it already.

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 security

Paddle holds Level 1 PCI-DSS certification — the highest standard of payment security. Your card details are handled entirely by Paddle and are never seen or stored by fastFOREX API.

  • Tax handled automatically

Where digital services tax applies (EU VAT, UK VAT, Australian GST and others), Paddle calculates, collects and remits it for you. Businesses can add a VAT number in the console for B2B zero-rating or reverse charge.

  • Invoices, always available

Every payment gets a compliant, downloadable invoice — emailed to you automatically and available anytime in the fastFOREX API console or the Paddle billing portal.

Who to contact, for what.

Two teams look after you. Here's the split, so you get an answer first time.

fastFOREX support

support@fastforex.io

  • — Refunds (our policy, we handle it — Paddle processes on our behalf)
  • — Plan changes, upgrades and cancellations
  • — API keys, quotas and anything product-related
  • — "I don't recognise this charge"
  • — Anything else — if in doubt, start here

365 days a year, typically within 1 business day.

Paddle billing portal

paddle.net

  • — Update your card or payment method
  • — Download past receipts and invoices
  • — Correct a tax/VAT number on an already-issued invoice
  • — Look up a specific Paddle transaction

Invoices are also in your fastFOREX API console.

Billing questions, answered plainly.

The things customers actually ask about billing — no jargon, no runaround.

Why does my statement say "PADDLE.COM* FASTFOREX"?
Paddle is our billing partner and Merchant of Record. When they process your subscription, the charge appears under their descriptor. This is standard for SaaS businesses using a billing platform — it is not a duplicate or unknown charge.
Is my payment data safe?
Yes. Paddle is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification. Your card details are handled entirely by Paddle and never stored by fastFOREX API.
Will tax be added to my subscription price?
Our advertised prices exclude tax. If your country applies digital services tax (EU VAT, UK VAT, Australian GST and others), Paddle adds it at checkout. Businesses can enter a VAT number in the console billing page to qualify for B2B zero-rating or reverse charge.
Where do I find my fastFOREX invoice?
Invoices are emailed automatically with every payment. You can also download them anytime from the fastFOREX API console (Billing → Overview) or the Paddle billing portal at paddle.net.
I need a VAT invoice.
VAT invoices are issued by email automatically with every payment. You can also download them anytime from the fastFOREX API console (Billing → Overview) or the Paddle billing portal at paddle.net.
How do I correct the tax number on an invoice I've already received?
Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net — they can reissue an invoice with corrected details. For future invoices, update your tax details in the fastFOREX API console.
How do I update my card details?
Through the Paddle billing portal at paddle.net, or via the billing section of your fastFOREX API console. Takes about a minute.
What payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Annual subscriptions can also be paid by bank or wire transfer — email support and we'll send an invoice.
What if I need a refund?
Contact support@fastforex.io and we'll handle it — our refund policy is ours, not Paddle's, and Paddle simply processes the refund on our behalf. Please talk to us before filing a chargeback; we resolve billing issues quickly and a chargeback freezes everyone's options.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from your fastFOREX API console — there's no minimum term and no paperwork. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Who is the legal seller of my subscription?
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is the seller of record for payment and tax purposes. The fastFOREX API service itself is operated by Wham Software Limited, registered in England, company number 13074731.
